Calculator results and chatbot responses are estimates and informational only. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice. Buyer guides are general information, not advice. 5. Property information accuracy
Listing information is provided by sellers, developers, and partner brokers. Our team makes best efforts to verify material facts where applicable — including title, sargassum exposure, RAN dominio-pleno on land, and HOA standing — but we cannot guarantee against errors. Always verify title, HOA standing, and material facts with a notario before signing any binding offer.
6. Brokerage services
When you engage our team for a real estate transaction, additional terms in the buyer representation agreement apply. Licensure attaches to the transaction itself and to the licensed broker and notario público who handle it; nothing on this site should be read as a representation that the site operator independently holds any license or accreditation.
7. User conduct
